The Bungalow
This is a luxury three bed roomed bungalow located quiet cul de sac in an exclusive area. The property is close to beach, pubs and restaurants, several golf clubs and the Floral Pavilion Theatre. If you are not driving, the property is also a short taxi ride from the train station.
The Bungalow has a cloakroom and WC next to the front door. The hallway leads onto a very large living area comprising of dining area with table and six chairs. The lounge has three- and two-seater leather sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player and DAB Stereo. To the right of the lounge through the archway is an additional seating area, with two arm chairs and futon, which can also double as an additional bed. This seating area opens out onto the rear garden through large patio doors.
The rear garden has a lower tiled dining area, with grassed and landscaped raised terrace with an additional patio seating area to the rear right.
The kitchen has a cottage feel with oak units and breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery. Beyond the kitchen is a small utility room with washing machine and maiden. Additional cupboard space and a door leading out into the garden.
The bedrooms are through a doorway off the hall, giving extra privacy. There is one double room and two single rooms - all with fitted furniture giving more than ample storage for belongings during your stay.

There are no steps within The Bungalow - one step into the property from outside.
